Labor Day Weekend 2016

We are sad that summer has come to end but what better way then to kick it off with one last camping trip.  Better yet Grandma & Grandpa joined in on the fun this time.  We stayed at Pirates Den Resort.  We loved it.  Chloe & Daddy had some fun on the waterslide at Blue Water Casino.  We also rented a big pontoon boat for us for the day.  Yay for Labor Day!

1st Day of Kinder

Today was a big day for my little precious darling!  She had her first day of Kindergarten.  I cannot believe it.  I was so emotional all day.  So scared for her, was she going to be ok?  How do I know if she needs us?  Well she did fine without us.  She enjoyed her day.  Her teacher's name is Mrs. Miller and she had a couple familiar faces she knew.  Look at how adorable she looked!  So confident.

Independence Day 2016

Our family is turning into river rats.  Our send holiday vacation this summer took place at Echo Lodge Resort also in Parker, AZ.  We enjoyed the water, Chloe especially loved hanging with her friends again and swimming in the river.  This trip was special because we got to light fireworks (illegally) of course.  There were so many bright lights in the sky.  It was all fun and games until Daddy played with fireworks at hurt his eye.  Now we know that fireworks aren't meant for playtime.

Pre K Graduation

Today our love bug bid farewell to her days in the Pre-K yard and heads to the Kinder yard.  We all got to attend her graduation ceremony.  I couldn't help but fast forward to the day she does this very thing in high school.  She was so precious.  Afterward I took her to see Finding Dory just her and I.

Memorial Day Weekend 2016

This is our first real camping trip as a family since we purchased our new trailer.  We got to take the kids to Black Meadow Landing in Parker, AZ.  We had a big group of  friends join in and all the kids had so much fun in the sun.  We were there throughout the entire holiday weekend.  It was well into the 100 degree heat.  We loved it and Chloe found a hobby she enjoyed, riding in boats.

Kinder Assessment

Chloe had her Kindergarten assessment testing today.  As a mom I was freaking out that she isn't going to know as much as she should or as much as the other kids.  But I have to let those fears go.  It's so surreal that she will start kinder in the fall!  I know all parents say time flies but it's so true it really does.  How did we get this far?  She's grown so much so fast.  She's learned so much in only 5 years of life.  I can't wait to see what God has planned for her future.  We ran into her good buddy Easton at testing, hopefully they get the same teacher.

Angels Game

Chloe has been begging to attend an Angels game since the season started this year!  Well she got her wish finally.  She was so happy!

Disneyland

Chloe was treated to a day at Disneyland with her Aunty B and Michael.  Boy was she spoiled!  She got a pair of blinged out Mickey ears, ice cream and got to meet so many of her favorite characters.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to all our family and friends and readers!  We came to my parents house and enjoyed a nice bbq with some family while the kids decorated eggs and did some hunting.  So fun!

The Big 5

She's 5 i'm sad.  5 years old.  How the heck did time fly by that quick?  Like really.  We had her birthday party a couple days ago at the bowling alley and i'm looking at her and she isn't a baby anymore.  She's such a mini me.  So into dresses and hair and being pretty.  We are in big trouble.  I love you baby girl.  Please stop growing.  I'm glad you enjoyed your birthday party, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Another Birthday

Chloe enjoyed celebrating her brother's 1st birthday yesterday!  Happy 1st Birthday Madden!  She especially enjoyed riding the cool train that was at her 1st birthday!  These kids are growing way too fast!

Happy Birthday

Chloe was invited to celebrate the birthday of a very dear friend mine's son.  He had his birthday at Irvine Park today.  Chloe was excited to see her buddy Dane!  Doesn't he look like the Dennis the Menace?

Bunny Foo Foo

My not so smart husband thought it would be a great idea to bring this little guy home.  Now he stays because Chloe is obsessed.  She named him...Hopper!!!

Birthday Party Fun

Chloe was invited to one of her friend's birthday parties.  It was a reptiles party.  Snakes and spiders and lizards!  I'm not going to lie.  I kept my distance but the kids were really into it!  Fun times!

We're Back

Vegas again!  We brought the kids to celebrate our 5 year anniversary.  They enjoyed being spoiled.  Chloe loves hotels and loves the Vegas hotels even better. She has room service on point!
